ABOUT B.L.A.C.
Black Leaders Advocating for the Community (BLAC) is a network of representatives from different areas of the community including churches, sororities, fraternities, civic groups, nonprofits, and educational institutions. Our mission is to communicate information, facilitate partnerships, and implement initiatives to improve quality of life, thereby enhancing and strengthening the Black community in Bowling Green/Warren County.
